摘　　要：和谐海峡,作为海峡两岸关系的肯定性价值判断,体现了海峡两岸关系的发展趋势和共同愿望,寄托着海峡两岸未来的生存方式,关切到海峡两岸人民的福祉。"和谐海峡"其理念建构和实践贯彻只有坚持辩证思维,用科学的思想方法来认识和处理构建和谐海峡所面临的矛盾和问题,才能促进"和谐海峡"的不断生成、建构与现实化。Harmonious Taiwan Strait, as the affirmative value judgment of the cross--strait relationship, has reflected the development trend and common aspiration of the cross--strait relations, and entrusted with the cross-straits future life style, and closely connected with the happiness and benefits of people on both side of the strait. The construction and im- plementation of ＂ Harmonious Straits＂ means dealing with the contradictions and problems by using scientific thinking mode based on the concept of dialectical thinking so as to promote the ＂ harmonious Straits ＂ construction.
