摘　　要：文章探讨了加强实验室的管理,强化实验室在素质教育中的作用和地位以及实验室建设中的设备管理和提高设备利用率问题,阐述了完善教学计划,深入教学方法和手段的改革与创新,提高实验教学的水平,加强实验队伍的建设。介绍了实验室建设、实验教学改革取得的成绩。The paper discussed the laboratory and experimental teaching in the quality education＇s role and status.To enhance equipment management and utilization on the construction of laboratory was illustrated.To improving the quality experiment teaching,how to build up the lab teams,perfect teaching plan and innovate teaching methods and means were also discussed.Meanwhile,the paper introduced achievements on the construction of laboratory and the reform of chemistry experiment teaching.
