摘 要:研究多换流器式统一电能质量控制器(MC-UPQC)的动态电压恢复、故障限流和有源滤波等多目标控制策略。其中前2种目标由串联换流器实现,并联换流器进行有源滤波。给出了不同工况下MC-UPQC的换流器配置原则。对串联换流器的故障限流与动态电压恢复的联合控制策略进行了详细分析,同时给出装置器件参数选择的依据。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件对系统控制策略进行仿真验证,证明MC-UPQC多目标控制策略的正确性和可行性。对装置的工程应用问题进行分析和说明,给出主要元器件在选择上应注意的问题:切换开关选用附加冷却装置的固态断路器,换流器连接的配电线路的电压等级应尽可能相同。The multi-objective control strategy is proposed for the MC-UPQC(Multi-Converter Unified Power Quality Controller),including dynamic voltage restoration,fault current limitation and active power filtering.The first two objectives are realized by the series VSC(Voltage Source Converter) and the last one is realized by the shunt VSC.The configuration principle of MC-UPQC is illustrated for different operating conditions.The combined control strategy of series VSC is analyzed in detail and the basis of device parameter selection is given.The simulative results with MATLAB / Simulink confirm the correctness and feasibility of the proposed strategy.The problems existing in the engineering application of devices are analyzed and the suggestions about the selection of primary components are given:the solid-state circuit breaker with cooling device is a preferred choice for the changeover switch;the voltage levels of different distribution lines linked by a VSC should be as same as possible.
