摘　　要：产学合作实施人才培养是高职教育取得成效的重要途径。基于现代服务业岗位群对人才"软性"智力技能等的特殊要求,目前较为普遍的商科类高职院校产学合作基本模式存在的路径依赖、显性职业素质培养途径固化以及实训机制不健全等影响了人才培养的效果。商科类高职院校有必要找准产学结合点,通过创建多元实践联合体、培育教师科研综合能力、完善实践平台等策略推动产学合作模式的升级,走出一条开放式的产学合作道路。It has been found that the university-industry cooperation is an important way to achieve results when the vocational colleges carry out personnel training, due to the demand of soft skills in work, we find the bad factors which it impact the effect of the university-industry cooperation in the business vocational college, for example the path dependence, training mechanism unsoundly, the solidified way of training dominant professional quality. The business vocational college must seek for the merging point of the university-industry cooperation. They should provide an open-way for the university-industry cooperation, create multiple practice combo, cultivate the comprehensive ability of teacher, perfect the platform of practice, and upgrade the pattern of the collaboration between industry and school.
