子宫内膜癌中Bcl-2、PTEN、P53基因表达的研究探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜癌中Bcl-2、PTEN、P53基因表达之间的关系及应用价值。方法:收集子宫内膜癌患者54例,采用免疫组织化学方法染色检测肿瘤标本中Bcl-2、PTEN、P53基因蛋白的表达并进行对比分析。结果:在子宫内膜癌组织中的Bcl-2、PTEN蛋白阳性表达率明显低于在正常子宫内膜组织中的表达,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在子宫内膜癌组织中的P53基因蛋白阳性表达率则明显高于在正常子宫内膜组织中的表达,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜癌恶性进展中Bcl-2、PTEN表达下调,而P53表达上调,提示三者在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中具有协同作用。Objective： To explore the expression levels of Bcl-2、PTEN、P53 in endometrial carcinoma and related situation.Methods： The exres-sion levels of Bcl-2、PTEN、P53 in 54 cases with endometrial carcinoma,20 cases with normal endometrium were detected by immunohisto-chemical SP method.Results： The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 and PTEN protein in normal endometrium was significantly higher than that in endometrial carcinoma（P0.05）,but which of P53 protein in normal endometrium significantly lower than that in endometrial carcinoma（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The down-regulation of expressions of Bcl-2 and PTEN and the up-regulation of expressions of P53 in malignant p rogression of endometrial carcinoma indicates that Bcl-2、PTEN and P53 play synergic effect in occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
