摘  要:在详细分析钢制储油罐组件焊接工艺特点的基础上,建立了斜接管与筒体的焊接有限元模型,采用间接法实现了热-结构耦合分析,定量地描述了焊接温度场与应力场;将拟设计的焊接夹具引入焊接数值模拟过程,为焊接变形控制及夹具设计提供了理论依据。实践证明,焊接数值模拟方法能够准确预测焊接变形,实现了焊接夹具的稳健设计。在现有焊接工艺基础上,焊接夹具有效降低了产品的焊接变形,使焊接质量一次性合格率在98%以上,焊后组件尺寸及几何公差均达到图样要求。The characteristics of the welding process of the steel oil tank were analyzed, and a finite element model for the welding structure between lateral nozzle and cylinders was established using finite element analysis method. The thermal-structure coupling analysis was carried out in an indirect method and a quantitative description of the temperature field and residual stress field were provided, which can provide theoretical references for the welding production and welding distortion control. Practice has proved that the welding distortion can be predicted accurately by means of welding numerical simulation, and the robust design of welding fixture is realized. On the basis of the existing welding process, the welding deformation reduces effectively by the aid of welding fixture, and the welding quality one-time pass rate is in 98% above. The dimensional and geometrical tolerances of the welding product have met the drawing requirements.
