腹腔镜手术治疗宫颈癌患者的护理

摘　　要：目的了解和分析腹腔镜手术治疗宫颈癌患者护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2003年7月至2010年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院微创外科行腹腔镜手术治疗宫颈癌的112例患者的临床资料。结果 112例宫颈癌患者均择期行腹腔镜手术,其中16例患者中转开腹,平均手术时间(151±29)min,术中出血60～4 000 ml,平均(525.36±510.24)ml,术后发生伤口感染者2例,尿潴留者7例;术后中位住院天数为12.29d;截至2011年12月,中位随访时间40个月(12～96个月),存活88例(78.6%)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗宫颈癌技术正在不断推广应用,护理人员应根据不同患者的特点,做好心理护理,落实健康教育内容,抓好围术期的观察与护理,并充分调动其社会支持系统的功能,以确保宫颈癌手术的顺利进行,促进患者术后康复。Objective To investigate the nursing method of cervical cancer with laparoscopic radical uterurectomy using clinical data analysis. Methods From July 2003 to December 2010,the clinical data of 112 cervical cancer patients with laparoscopic radical uterurectomy in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 112 cervical cancer patients undergoing selective laparoscopic radical uterurectomy, 16 patients switched to open procedure instead of laparoscopy. The average operation time was 151±29 min. The intra-operation bleeding was 60-4 000（range 525.36±510.24）ml. The complication of the laparoscopic surgery included wound infection （2 cases） and urine retention （7 cases）. The average hospitalization time was 12.29 days. The survival rate was 78. 6% （88 cases） till December 2011, with average 40-month following time （12-96 months）. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical uterurectomy is constantly applied in treating cervical cancer. It is important to individually perform the psychological nursing,perioperative observation and nursing, health education and social supports for improving the recovery, survival rate and life quality of the cervical cancer patients with laparoscopic radical uterurectomy
