提高学生创新创业能力的顶岗实习管理模式探索——以扬州职业大学经管类专业顶岗实习为例

摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校推行"工学结合"人才培养模式,培养具有良好职业道德和实践能力人才的重要途径。由于专业的特点,经济管理类学生在顶岗实习中有着与理工科学生截然不同的特点。从分析顶岗实习和学生的特点入手,结合多年来从事顶岗实习指导工作的经验和教训,对该类学生的实习工作提出了一些具体的方法和建议,并对顶岗实习工作中的一些特殊情况作了重点说明。The internship is an important way of vocational college introduced the ＂combination of engineering and studying＂ training model, develop a good work ethic and practice ability talent. Because of the characteristics of professional, economies and management students in internships with science and engineering students has different and distinct characteristics. This paper analyzes the internship and student characteristics, combins many years of guidance in the internship experience and lessons of the class students puts forward a lot of detailed work and ad- vice, and also mades some focus explaination on the special circumstances of the internship.
