视听整合持续操作实验与混合型ADHD诊断的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究视听整合持续操作实验(Integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test,IVA-CPT)与混合型注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)诊断的相关性。方法:符合混合型ADHD诊断患儿为ADHD组76例,配对抽取正常儿童为正常组62例。分别进行康奈尔儿童行为父母问卷调查和IVA-CPT测试。结果:两组比较康奈尔儿童行为父母问卷(CPQ)的因子4、因子6的评分和IVA-CPT的综合尺度反应控制商数(Full Scale Response Control Quotient,FSRCQ)、综合尺度注意反应控制商数(Full Scale attentionQuotient,FSAQ)得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组FSRCQ和FSAQ未检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IVA-CPT在诊断混合型ADHD时有临床参考意义,与CPQ有同样诊断价值。Objective：To study the relation between the integrated visual and auditory continuous perlormance test t I VA CPT） and diagnosis of mixed type attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD）. Methods ：76 cases met the diagnosis of mixed type ADHD were in ADHD group, and 62 normal children were in normal group. Conners parent questionnaire （CPQ） and the IVA CFF test were conducted to them. Results： There were statistically significant differences in factor 4, factor 6 scores of CPQ , full scale re sponse control quotient（ FSRCQ ） and full scale attention quotient（ FSAQ ） of IVA CPT between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The unde tectable rates of FSRCQ and FSAQ had a statistically significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： IVA CPT had a clinical significance in diagnosis of mixed type ADHD, and had an equal diagnostic value to CPQ.
