儿童羞怯感与社交焦虑和父母养育方式相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童羞怯感与社交焦虑和父母养育方式的相关性,为更好地预防儿童的羞怯和社交焦虑问题提供依据。方法:采用羞怯量表,儿童社交焦虑量表和父母养育方式评价量表,对沈阳市某小学262名10～11岁儿童进行了问卷调查,并对上述测评结果进行相关分析。结果:入组儿童的羞怯量表评分与儿童社交焦虑量表评分男女生之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);羞怯量表评分与儿童社交焦虑量表评分呈显著正相关(P<0.01);羞怯量表评分与父母养育方式评价量表中父、母亲的"惩罚严厉""过度保护"相关(P<0.05),与父、母亲的"情感温暖理解与关心"呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与父、母亲的"拒绝否认"呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:儿童羞怯感与社交焦虑和父母养育方式密切相关,良好的父母养育方式是预防儿童羞怯和社交焦虑的有效途径。Objective ： To explore the correlation between social anxiety , parental rearing style and shyness of children in order to providing basis for preventing their shyness and social anxiety preferably. Methods：surveys were carried out with the shyness scale social anxiety scale for children and Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran（EMBU） in 262 10 to 11 aged students a certain primary school of Shen yang, Evaluation results were correlatively analyzed. Results ： The scores of shyness scale and social anxiety were no sig- nificant differences in male and female children（ P 〉 0.05 ） ;The scores of shyness scale was significantly correlated with the social anx- ious scores ; the research showed that ehildren shyness were correlated with the parental rearing styles of a father~ ＂strict punishment＂ and ＂over protection＂ , a mother ＂excessive interference and protection＂ and ＂ strict punishment＂（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the children＇s shy ness were significantly negative correlated with styles of a father~ ＂warm understanding＂ , a mother ＂warm understanding＂ were cor relatively with style of a father~ ＂refusing＂ , a mother~ ＂refusing＂ （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： shyness is related to social anxiety and parental rearing style closely in 10 to 11 years old children; effective ways preventing their shyness and social anxiety are to carry out correctly parental rearing style.
