云南宣威肺良恶性病变中水通道蛋白3的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测云南宣威地区肺良恶性病变中AQP3的表达,分析AQP3与云南宣威地区非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)在生长、转移、侵袭等方面关系.方法回顾性分析昆明医科大学第一附属医院云南宣威地区肺腺癌27例,肺鳞癌25例,肺炎性假瘤22例,良性肿瘤旁正常肺组织19例患者的临床资料.运用免疫组化方法 (SP法)检测肺良恶性病变中AQP3的表达,分析其与年龄、性别、分化程度、TNM分期和有否淋巴结转移之间的关系.结果 NSCLC中AQP3的表达明显高于肺炎性假瘤中的AQP3.检测分析得出NSCLC与年龄、性别、TNM分期无相关性(P>0.05),而与分化程度呈负相关,与有否淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05).结论云南宣威地区NSCLC中AQP3的高表达与肺癌的侵袭转移密切相关.Objective Through testing the expression of AQP3 in Lung benign and malignant lesions in Xuanwei area of Yunnan,to analyze relationship among growth,transfer and invasion between AQP1 and NSCLC of Yunnan Xuanwei area.Methods We selected 27 cases of Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma,25 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma,22 cases of lung inflammatory pseudotumor in our hospital and 19 cases of normal lung tissue.Immunohistochemical method（SP method）was used to test the expression of AQP3,and the relationship among the age,sex,differentiation degree,TNM staging and the lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results The expression level of AQP3 in NSCLC was significantly higher than that of lung inflammatory pseudotumor.NSCLC was irrelevant with age,sex and TNM staging（P0.05）.NSCLC had a negative correlation with differentiation degree.NSCLC had a positive correlation with lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion There is a close relationship between the higher expression of AQP3 in NSCLC of Yunnan Xuanwei area and invasion and metastasis of lung cancer,which provides a basis for later research.
