摘　　要：目的:探讨妇产科手术病人自控镇痛泵并发症的护理;方法:总结1000例术后患者的护理经验;结果:术后186例患者出现并发症,给予相应的护理措施,症状得到缓解;结论:加强术后患者护理,密切观察病情,减少并发症,促进患者康复.Objective： To investigate the nursing measures of patient-controlled analgesia（PCA） complications in gynecologic surgery. Methods： The nursing experience of 1000 cases of postoperative patients were summarized and analysed. Results： 186 postoperative patients had complications, through given appropriate nursing measures, the symptoms were alleviated. Conclusion： Intensive postoperative nursing measures together with close observation of disease condition can reduce complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
