摘 要:食管癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,放射治疗是其治疗的重要手段。然而,目前的CT、食管内镜超声(EUS)等影像检查手段只能从肿瘤的解剖形态信息上来进行食管癌的放射治疗模拟定位及分期、疗效评价。^18F-FDGPET/CT作为集功能和解剖信息于一身的一种新的检查方式,在食管癌的诊断分期及放化疗预后的监测中已经得到了日益广泛的应用。笔者就^18F-FDGPET/CT在食管癌的诊断分期及放射治疗方面的应用进展进行综述。Esophageal carcinoma is one of the most severe cancers; while, radiotherapy is one of the most important treatment modalities. However, traditional imaging such as CT and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) can only provide anatomical information during radiotherapy simulation, orientation and evaluation of the therapeutic effect of chemoradiotherapy. But in recent years, ^18F-FDG PET/CT with integration of func- tional and anatomical information has been used more and more widely in tumor diagnosis, staging, and evalu- ating therapeutic effect and prognosis. This paper summarizes recent progress in the application of ^18F-FDG PET/CT for diagnosis, staging, and radiotherapy of esophageal cancer.
