摘 要:目的探讨趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测59例乳腺癌组织、20例癌旁正常乳腺组织中CXCR4、MMP-9的表达及分布,RT-PCR技术检测乳腺癌及癌旁正常乳腺组织中CXCR4mRNA表达。结果乳腺癌组织中CXCR4、MMP-9阳性表达率分别为66.1%、62.7%,高于癌旁正常乳腺组织的0、15.0%(P<0.05)。CXCR4和MMP-9表达均与肿瘤的淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),且两者表达呈正相关(rs=0.410,P<0.01)。结论 CXCR4、MMP-9在乳腺癌组织中高表达,并与淋巴结转移相关;联合检测乳腺癌组织中CXCR4、MMP-9的表达有助于判断其预后。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in the breast cancer tissues. Methods The protein expressions of CXCR4 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 59 cases of breast cancer tissues and 20 cases of tumor-adjacent normal tissues, and the mRNA expression of CXCR4 was measured by RT-PCR. Results The positive expression rates of CXCR4 and MMP-9 in breast cancer tissues were 66.1% and 62.7% ,which were higher than 0 and 15.0% in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(P〈0. 05). The expressions of CXCR4 and MMP-9 were closely related with lymph node metastasis(P〈0. 05),and there was a positive correlation between CXCR4 and MMP-9 in the breast cancer tissues(rs=0. 410,P〈0. 01). Conclusion CXCR4 and MMP-9 are highly expressed and related with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer, which suggests that combined detection of CXCR4 and MMP-9 may help to determine the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
