利用对侧眼睑板结膜瓣移植修复大于3／4的上睑后层缺损

摘　　要：目的观察利用对侧眼睑板结膜瓣移植修复〉3／4的上睑后层缺损的手术效果。方法对2008年1月至2009年12月进行治疗的5例上睑后层缺损〉3／4的患者，采取对侧眼睑板结膜瓣移植的方法修复眼睑后层缺损。术后随访6个月到1年。结果5例患者上睑外形、功能均基本正常，双侧上睑弧度、高度基本对称，无角状畸形及切迹，视功能无影响。结论利用对侧眼睑板结膜瓣移植修复大于3／4的上睑后层缺损是一种安全、简便、有效的手术方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of transplantation of the lateral tarsal con- junctival flap of contralateral eye for reconstruction of the upper eyelid layer defect 〉3/4. Methods Five cases of upper eyelid defect 〉3/4 were taken on the lateral tarsal conjunctival flap transplanta- tion from contralateral eye. Postoperative followed up for 6 months to 1 year. Result The upper eyelid sharp and function were basically normal The radial and height of bilateral upper eyelid were symmetric, with no angular deformities. Visual function was also normal Conclusions Trans-plantation of the lateral tarsal conjunctival flap of contralateral eye for reconstruction of the upper layer eyelid defect 〉3/4 is safe, simple and effective.
