摘  要:目的模拟LASIK及Epi-LASIK负压吸引建立高眼压动物模型,观察不同时长负压吸引对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法将48只兔(96只眼)行负压吸引,右眼吸引60s,左眼吸引30s,另设一正常对照组12只兔,术后不同时问随机抽取兔行角膜内皮细胞照相、超微结构观察。结果负压吸引30s和60s后,角膜内皮细胞照相见部分角膜内皮细胞水肿,24h后恢复正常;负压吸引后24h角膜内皮细胞超微结构见个别内皮细胞线粒体髓样变和空泡样变,负压吸引后28d内皮细胞线粒体无髓样变和空泡样变。结论负压吸引30s和60s引起的高眼压对角膜内皮细胞的损伤是轻微的,且随着时间的推移,这种损伤会得到修复,不会引起角膜内皮细胞的永久改变。Objective To establish animal models of intraocular hypertension through stimulating LASIK and Epi-LASIK negative suction, observed effects on corneal endothelial cells after different length of time negative suction. Methods To do negative suction on 48 rabbits(96 eyes),to suck fight eyes 60 seconds and left eyes 30 seconds, in addition,to make a group of 12 rabbits as nor- mal control, select rabbits randomly after surgery at different time and do comeal endothelial cell photography,ultmstructural observation. Results Negative suction of 30 seconds and 60 seconds later, the photography of the corneal endothelial cells show part of the corneal endothelial cells edema, back to normal after 24 hours; Negative suction 24h later, the ultrastructure of comeal endothelial cells shows the individual endothelial cells mitochondria myeloid transformation and vacuolar change, 28 days after the negative suction endothelial cells mitochondria myeloid change and vacuolar change disappeared. Conclusion Intraocular hypertension caused by negative suction 30 seconds and 60 seconds lead to corneal endothelial cell damage is slight, over time,thie damage will be repaired, does not cause a permanent change of corneal endothelial cells.
