肝动脉化疗栓塞联合适形放射治疗原发性巨块型肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞联合适形放射治疗原发性巨块型肝癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的94例原发性巨块型肝癌患者的临床资料。结果对照组47例患者,经单纯三维适形放射(3DCRT)治疗,总有效率为21.28%;治疗组47例患者,经肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合三维适形放射(3DCRT)治疗,总有效率为31.92%,明显高于对照组,且治疗组患者的2年、3年生存率明显高于对照组,经统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞联合适形放射治疗原发性巨块型肝癌的临床疗效确切,可以明显提高患者的生存率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the hepatic arterial chemoembolization combined with conformal radiation therapy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma clinical curative effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years on 94 cases of primary liver cancer patients with the clinical data.Results In the control group of 47 patients,treated with simple three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT） treatment,the total effective rate was 21.28%;the treatment group 47 cases,transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE） combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT） treatment,the total effective rate was 31.92%,significantly higher than that of the control group.The patients in the treatment group of 2 years,3 years survival rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,statistical analysis,the difference has statistical significance,P0.05.Conclusion Hepatic arterial chemoembolization combined with conformal radiation therapy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma clinical curative effect can improve the survival rate of patients,worthy of clinical application.
