摘　　要：目的探讨ANO1基因及蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化SP法及Northern blot检测81例口腔鳞癌组织及相应正常组织的ANO1基因及蛋白的表达,并结合临床病理资料作相关分析。结果 ANO1在口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性表达明显高于正常组织(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的口腔鳞癌组织ANO1阳性表达高于无转移的口腔鳞癌组织(P<0.05);随着口腔鳞癌临床分期的升高,ANO1的阳性表达率升高(P<0.05)。SCC-25细胞系的内源性ANO1表达31.57±5.31高于Hep-2的0.26±0.03(P<0.05)。SCC-25的侵袭能力明显强于Hep-2(P<0.05)。结论 ANO1可能在口腔鳞癌的发生和发展过程中起到重要作用。Objective To study the clinical significance of ANO1 mRNA and protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）.Methods The specimens of 81 patients with OSCC were examined by SP immunohistochemistry and northern blot.The expression of ANO1 protein,the clinical and pathological feature were analyzed.The expression of ANO1 protein in head and neck cancer cell lines were examined by western blot.Results ANO1 mRNA and protein expression were significantly higher in OSCC than those in normal oral tissue（P0.05）,showed significant correlation with clinical stage of OSCC（P0.05） and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.The more endogenous ANO1 was expressed in SCC-25 cell line than in Hep-2 cell line（P0.05）.The invasion of SCC-25 was significantly stronger than Hep-2（P0.05）.Conclusions ANO1 may be involved in the occurrence,metastasis and progress of OSCC.Analysis of the expression characteristics of ANO1 and its clinical features of OSCC may lead to clinical therapy of OSCC with improved outcome.
