摘 要:目的了解民营医院护士的职业倦怠现状,以期减少职业倦怠的发生。方法采用马氏人际工作者倦怠量表,对唐山市6所民营医院中从事护理工作一年及以上的280名在岗执业护士进行调查。结果民营医院护士职业倦怠评分为61.32±22.78,情绪衰竭维度得分28.57±10.60,去人格化维度得分11.24±7.32,个人成就感维度得分21.51±9.50;与国外Maslach常模比较,民营医院护士职业倦怠水平显著高于国外常模;45~54岁护士倦怠程度最低(P<0.05);本科学历的护士个人成就感最差(P<0.05);儿科和急诊科护士的职业倦怠体验最严重(P<0.05)。结论民营医院护士职业倦怠现象普遍存在,并且倦怠程度不容乐观,需要尽快采取有效措施改变这种现状。Objective To understand the job burnout among private hospitals nurses so as to reduce the occurrence of the job burnout. Methods Sampling MBI- SS, we conducted a survey on 280 re- post pro- fessional nurses who have been working for one or more years in 6 private hospitals in Tangshan. Results The score of the job burnout among private hospitals nurses was 61.32± 22.78,tlae score of emotional ex- haustion dimension 28.57 ± 10.60, depersonalization dimension scores 11.24 ± 7.32, personal achievement dimension scores 21.51 ± 9. 50. Compared with Maslach norm, it was much higher than that of foreign countries; the job burnout of nurses in 45 - 54 years old was lowest (P〈0.05) ; the personal achievement was lowest among the nurses with bachelor degree (P〈0.05) ; the nurses in department of pediatrics and emergency felt the most severe job burnout (P〈0.05). Conclusion The degree of job burnout among nur- ses in Tangshan private hospitals is quite high. It is necessary to take various measures to reduce nurses'job burnout in private hospitals.
