摘  要:通过对不同竹材单元形态竹层积材及竹木复合层积材物理力学性能进行研究,分析了竹材形态对层积材性能的影响。结果表明:相同的组坯方式、浸胶工艺和热压工艺条件下,竹材单元形态对竹层积材及竹木复合层积材的物理力学性能有明显的影响。以竹篾为主要单元的层积材力学性能较好,但是尺寸稳定性较差;以竹束单板为主要单元的层积材力学性能低于前者,但其力学性能均能达到结构用单板层积材最高级别的要求,且其胶合性能和尺寸稳定性均优于前者。Effect of bamboo shape on physical and mechanical properties of laminated bamboo bundle board was studied in this paper.The results indicated that bamboo element shape had significant effect on physical and mechanical properties of bamboo laminated board and bamboo-wood composite laminated board under the condition of the same lay-up structure,resin impregnation and hot-pressing process.When laminated board mainly was bamboo strip,which could get better mechanical properties but had less dimensional stability;when laminated board mainly was the bamboo bundle,the mechanical properties of laminated board declined,but which could reach the highest level of structural laminated veneer lumber,moreover the adhesion properties and dimensional stability was better than the former.
