摘 要:目的研究蛋白激酶A锚定蛋白95(A-kinase anchor protein 95,AKAP95)、细胞周期蛋白E2(cyclin E2)和细胞间隙连接蛋白43(Connexin 43,Cx43)在肺癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义,分析3种蛋白之间的关联性,对照组为15例肺癌患者手术时切取的距离癌组织3cm以上的癌旁组织。方法应用免疫组化方法检测51例肺癌组织中AKAP95、cyclin E2和Cx43蛋白的表达。结果1.AKAP95蛋白在肺癌组织中表达的阳性率明显高于癌旁组织,阳性率分别为82.35%和33.33%(P〈0.05);其表达与肺癌组织的分化程度、病理组织学分型有关(P〈0.05);2.cyclin E2蛋白在肺癌中的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织,阳性率分别为43.14%和13.33%(P〈0.05);其表达与病理组织学分型和淋巴结是否发生转移有关(P〈0.05);3.Cx43蛋白在肺癌组织表达的阳性率60.78%,低于其在癌旁组织的表达阳性率(80.00%),Cx43蛋白表达与肺癌分化程度、病理组织学分型和淋巴结是否发生转移之间有关(P〈0.05);4.AKAP95和cyclin E2、AKAP95和Cx43、cyclin E2和Cx43在肺癌组织中的表达均有关联性(P〈0.05)。结论1.AKAP95和cyclin E2蛋白高表达在肺癌的发生发展中发挥作用;2.AKAP95蛋白表达与肺癌的分化程度和病理组织学分型有关;cyclin E2表达与组织学分型和有无淋巴结转移有关;3.AKAP95和cyclin E2、AKAP95和Cx43、cyclin E2和Cx43蛋白在肺癌组织中均呈关联性表达。Objective To study the expression of A-kinase anchor protein 95 (AKAP95), cyclin E2, and connexin 43 (Cx43) in lung cancer tissue, the clinical significance of their expression, and the expression correlation among the three proteins. Methods Fifty-one samples of lung cancer tissue were examined by immunohistochemistry to measure the expression of AKAP95, cyclin E2, and Cx43. Results The positive rate of AKAP95 expression in lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue (82.35% vs 33.33%, P〈0.05); AKAP95 expression was associated with the cell differentiation and histopathological type of lung cancer (P〈0.05). The positive rate of cyclin E2 expression in lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue (43.14% vs 13.33%, P〈0.05); cyclin E2 expression was associated with the lymph node metastasis and histopathological type of lung cancer (P〈0.05). The positive rate of Cx43 expression in lung cancer tissue was lower than that in paracancerous tissue (60.78% vs 80.00% ); Cx43 expression was associated with the cell differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and histopathological type of lung cancer (P〈 0.05). There was correlation between each two of AKAP95 expression, cyclin E2 expression, and Cx43 expression in lung caner tissue. Conclusion High expression of AKAP95 and cyclin E2 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. AKAP95 expression is associated with the cell differentiation and histopathological type of lung cancer, and cyclin E2 expression is associated with lymph node metastasis and histopathological type. There is correlation between each two of AKAP95 expression, cyclin E2 expression, and Cx43 expression in lung caner tissue.
