摘  要:分析一台亚临界300MW汽轮机次末级55mm叶片,在叶根第1齿发生的断裂原因,主要是位于叶顶的拱型围带结构强度不足,运行中发生断裂和圆弧型枞树型叶根的端部,尤其是在内弧侧,在加工中没有倒圆,存在峰利的刀刃容易引起大的应力集中;并提出改进和防范措施。The length of second last stage blade of one subcritical pressure 300 MW steam turbine is 515 mm. This article analyzes the causes for carcking occurring on the first tooth of second last stage blade root. Main causes are as follows: a) the structural strength of arched type shroud on the top of hlade is insufficient; b) the ends of arc fir shaped blade root, especially at the inner arc side, are not rounded during machining, thus large stress concentration at sharp knife edge is easily brought ahout. Finally, the improvement and preventive measures are put forward in this article.
