摘 要:为解决目前国内服装行业所使用的条码扫描系统存在感应范围小及易受污染等限制的问题,采用RMU900,射频读写模块与上位机管理系统相结合,提出了一种基于无线射频识别(RFID)的服装防伪系统设计方案。将服装标签以电子芯片为载体附在每件服装上,并将生产商、销售地与生产日期等信息写入标签中,同时可以锁定编码,防止恶意修改,可以有效地解决品牌服饰的防伪、防止跨省串销等问题;通过借鉴轻量型中间件的思想,采用带抽象产品角色的简单工厂模式实现了读写器驱动模块,保留了各种读写器接口,易于后期维护与扩展。实践结果证明,采用RFID解决方案的服装防伪系统可实现多标签读写的批量操作,操作速度快,极大地改善了产品处理的效率和准确性。In order to solve the problem of bar code scanning system currently used by the domestic apparel industry, including small sensing range and vulnerable to pollution, the design of a clothing anti-counterfeiting system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) was presented, which used the combination of RMU900, RFID reader module and the host computer system. The clothing labels with the carrier of electronic chips were attached to each piece of clothing, and the manufacturers, sales of land and production date information was written to the tag. What more, the code can be blocked to prevent malicious modifications. So that can effectively solve the security of brand clothing, prevent the inter-provincial string pin and so on. In the same time, reader driver module was implemented using the simple factory with abstraction products roles pattern, by drawing on the thinking of lightweight middleware, and reader interface was retained to easy-to-late maintenance and expansion. The experimental results show that the clothing anti-counterfeiting system using RFID solutions can achieve multi-tag reader batch operation, operating speed, and greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the handling of the product.
