胃癌组织中SEL1L和c-erbB-2的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨人sel-1样(SEL1L)基因和癌基因c-erbB-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测SEL1L和c-erbB-2在96例胃癌组织中的表达。结果胃癌组织中SEL1L基因的阳性表达率为84.4%(81/96);其表达与胃癌组织的分化程度显著相关(P=0.001),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期无关(P>0.05)。c-erbB-2的阳性表达率为70.8%(68/96);其表达与胃癌组织的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关(P=0.002,P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。SEL1L和c-erbB-2的表达显著正相关(r=0.568,P<0.01)。结论 SEL1L和c-erbB-2在胃癌组织中均有较高表达;联合检测SEL1L基因和c-erbB-2可作为识别胃癌高风险患者的生物标记物。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of human sekl-like （SELIL） and c-erbB-2 protein in gastric carcer. Methods Immuno-histochemical method was used to detect the expressions of SEL1L gene and c-erbB-2 protein in 96 cases of gastric carcer. Results The positive expresstion rate of SELIL protein in gastric carcer was 84. 4%, which was closely correlated with differentiation degrees of gastric carcer （P〈0. 05）, but not with age, sex, the size of gastric cancer, tumor infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stages （P〉0. 05）. The positive expresstion rate of c-erbB-2 protein was 70. 8~ in gastric carcer, which was closely correlated with differentiation degrees of gastric carcer, tumor infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stages（P^0. 05）,but not with age, sex and the size of gastric cancer（P〉0. 05）. The expression of SEL1L was positively correlated to that of c-erbB-2 in gastric carcer （r=0. 568, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion SELIL gene and e-erbB-2 protein are highly expressed in gastric carcer. Combined detection of SEL1L and c-erbB-2 expressions in gastric cancer may be taken as a biomarker in evaluating the risk factor for gastric cancer.
