摘　　要：目的探讨金属-塑料联合制作基托的临床效果。方法选择26例口腔生理解剖条件差的患者,行上颌金属基托树脂后缘的设计和制作,观察其配戴效果。结果口内试戴后,23例患者未诉不适;2例患者义齿从基托后缘脱位,经磨改和重衬后,义齿固位良好,1例女性患者由于心理因素放弃配戴。结论针对口腔生理解剖条件差的患者,设计带树脂后缘的金属基托,便于义齿的修改与重衬。Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of metal-plastic handicraft base. Methods Designing and making the maxillary metal bases with resin edge were performed in 26 patients with poor oral anatomy and physiology conditions. The results of combined desgin were observed. Results After wearing for a time, 23 patients did not complain any discomfort. The handicraft of false tooth was dislocated in 2 cases, which retained improved after grinding and relining. One female patient gave up it due to psychological factor. Conclusion In the patients with poor oral anatomy and physiology conditions, making the maxillary metal bases with resin handicraft edge is helpful to modify and reline clinical false tooth easily.
