摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合复合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的效果。方法应用超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合复合小梁切除术对41眼进行手术治疗。结果术后平均眼压13.8 mmHg(9.6～17.8 mmHg),术后平均视力好于0.5(0.06～1.0)。结论超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合复合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障较为安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of triple procedure, including trabeculectomy, phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocularlens implantation, in the treatment of glaucoma combined with cataract. Method 41 cases of glaucoma combine with cataract underwent the triple procedure. Results The mean postoperative in- traocular pressure （IOP） was 13.8 mmHg （9.6-17.8 mmHg）, while the postoperative visual acuity was 0.56. Conclusion The triple procedure is a safe and effective method to treat glaucoma combined with cataract.
