摘　　要：目的:观察康艾注射液联合化疗治疗胰腺癌患者癌因性疲劳的临床疗效。方法:将28例胰腺癌患者半随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予康艾注射液联合化疗和单纯化疗治疗,观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组在疲劳症状评分、体力状况、生活质量改善方面的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应较对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液可有效减轻癌症患者相关疲劳症状,改善体力状况,减轻化疗的毒副反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kang Ai injection combined chemotherapy in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods Twenty-eight cases of pan- creatic cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Kang Ai injection combined chemotherapy and the control group chemotherapy alone, The therapeutic effects were observed in both groups and compared between two groups. Results The aspects of FSI and KPS score, life quality in the treatment group were improved, with statistical significances （P 〈 0.05） ;the untoward effects after chemotherapy in the treatment group were milder than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kang Ai injection can relieve cancer-related fatigue effectively, improve the patient＇s physical strength and re- lieve the untoward effect after chemotheranv.
