替尼泊甙抗口腔肿瘤作用的进展

摘　　要：口腔颌面部肿瘤是头颈部肿瘤的重要组成部分。在我国口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤以鳞状细胞癌最常见,而化疗作为口腔鳞状细胞癌综合序列治疗的重要组成部分,得到了广泛的推广应用。口腔鳞癌化疗药物有许多种,常用的有平阳霉素、顺铂等。替尼泊甙是作用于DNA拓扑异构酶II的一种抗肿瘤药物,目前一些研究显示它对口腔鳞癌有很好的抗瘤作用,本文就替尼泊甙的作用机制及其在口腔鳞癌的应用前景进行综述。Oral and maxillofacial tumors has a high incidence among which oral squamous cell cancer is of the most common.In China,chemotherapy has been widely popularized as an important part of the sequence treatment of OSCC.There were many types of chemotherapy drugs,including bleomycin,cisplatin,ect.Teniposide is a DNA topoisomerase drugs which act on Topo Ⅱ α.At present,some studies showed that it had a good anti-tumor effect against OSCC.In this paper,we do a review about the mechanism of teniposide and development in treating OSCC.
