摘　　要：工作流仿真是支持企业实现业务流程再造的有效手段。本文首先基于活动网路图的建模方法提出了一个多视图的工作流仿真模型,在此基础上设计了一个包括多个工具的工作流仿真平台,最后给出了使用该平台实现工作流仿真的流程。Workflow simulation is an effective means to solve business process reengineering. First, a multi-view workflow simu- lation model is presented based on active network graph. Then, a workflow simulation platform is designed based on the model. Finally, it is provided how to implement a workflow simulation application using the work：flow simulation platform.
