摘　　要：预选卫生士官药事管理的教学是一项全新的教学任务,无经验可循。本文根据作者完成预选卫生士官教学的实际体会,从课程设计、备课要求和教学效果3个方面进行了系统的总结,提出了贴近基层、注重实践的教学出发点,以期为今后进一步完善预选卫生士官药事管理教学提供借鉴。The pharmacy administration teaching for the pre-selected medical noncommissioned officers was a new task and there was no experience to follow.Based on the author′s own practical experience,systematic conclusion from the curriculum designation,the lesson planning requirements and the teaching effects were summarized in this paper.An idea that the teaching should be close to the grassroots and focus on practice for further improving the teaching effects in future was also proposed in this paper.
