摘　　要：医疗保险制度改革是国家医药卫生体制"三项改革"的重要内容之一,它关系到社会和谐、发展与稳定,人民的安居乐业;随着国家医改的不断深入,医疗保险制度也将逐渐完善,医疗保险市场不断扩大,各种医保新政也将相继出台,这些给医保定点医疗机构医保管理带来了新的挑战和问题,医疗机构如何在医保改革的过程中应对新的矛盾和问题,不断提高内部医保管理水平,更好地顺应医保改革,是本文所要探讨的主要问题。The medical insurance system reform is one important part of the ＂three reforms＂ on national health system. It tou- ches on the social harmony, development and stability, and people＇ s life and work. With the deepening of the national health care reform, the formation system will be perfected gradually, the medical services market will expand constantly, and lots of new medi- cal insurance policies will be published. Therefore, medical institutions should face more problems and challenges from the refor- mation. Every medical service institution should improve their internal management level of medical insurance, so as to solve the various problems faced in the medical insurance system reform.
