摘　　要：针对大模数齿轮倒角加工,对现有倒角机进行了分析,提出了旨在解决大模数齿轮装夹困难、设备体积大、耗能高等弊端的设计思路,设计了一种大模数齿轮倒角机器人。Aiming at chamfering the tooth ends of big module gears, the existing chamfering machine is analyzed in this paper. Then a kind of chamfering robot is designed to solve the difficulty in installing and fixing big equipment and high consumption.
