摘　　要：幸福指数不仅反映经济发展、文化开放、政治规范与环境和谐的程度,也反映人们对自身生存和发展状况的一种主观感知。阐述了幸福指数的内涵及意义,归纳了影响科技人才幸福指数的因素。以东湖国家自主创新示范区为例的分析显示:示范区科技人才具有一定的幸福感,但是幸福感培养没有形成统一规范的管理体系;地区经济发展、社会文化建设、人才计划实施对科技人才的吸引较弱。结论表明,科技人才幸福指数还有很大的提升空间,并就此提出提高科技人才幸福指数的对策和建议。Happiness index reflects not only the degree of economic development, culture openness, political norms and environment harmony, but also a kind of subjective perception of people＇s survival and development status. This paper expatiates the connotation and significance of happiness index, and also summarizes its ilffluence factors. Taking East Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstra- tion District as an example, the analysis indicates that scientific and technological talents have certain happiness, but the happiness man- agement system has not been formed. Regional economic development, social culture construction and talents plan implementation do not attract scientific and technological talents very much. The conclusion shows that there are a lot of space for improvement in the happiness index, some advice on improving scientific and technological talents＇ happiness index is put forward in the end.
