乳腺钙化表现对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺钙化灶的X线表现及其对鉴别乳腺良、恶性疾病的意义。方法回顾性分析105例乳腺钙化的大小、形态、数目、密度、分布等特点及与病理结果的关系。结果 105例乳腺钙化病例中,恶性病变66例,良性病变为39例。结论乳腺X线钙化灶的特点有助于乳腺良恶性病变的诊断与鉴别诊断。Objective To study calcification of breast in mammography and its value in the differentiation of benign lesions from the malignant.Methods Different features of calcification including size,number,density and distribution in 105 cases and their biopsy results were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 66 cases of malignant lesions and 39 cases of benign lesions in the 105 cases of mammary gland calcification.Conclusion The characteristics of calcified foci are helpful in differential diagnosis of the benign and malignant breast diseases.
