摘　　要：本文基于毛坯展开和产品成形性分析软件——BEW软件，以锁片为例，利用UGNx7．5建立实体模型，导入BEw软件，分析该锁片零件毛坯展开和产品成形性能，保证了零件形状和尺寸精度要求，达到了零件成形工艺安全要求。对此类零件或更复杂零件的毛坯展开以及成形性能分析具有一定的参考作用。Based on BEW--Blank Estimation Wizard, with the example of lock plate, and the example of UG NXT. 5 to build the cubic model, the feature of blank of lock plate estimation and product forming are analyzed in the article, guaranteeing the preciseness of the parts＂ shape and sizes, in the end , the process safety requirement of the part form has been met. This study is of some reference to the estimation and a- nalysis of forming this kind of parts and the more complicated parts.
