基于关联规则的筋断古方研究

摘　　要：目的探讨筋断方的应用特点和用药规律,为肌腱韧带撕裂或断裂后行保守治疗或手术后康复治疗的遣方用药提供理论依据。方法用Excel软件建立数据库,对138部古医籍中筋断外敷处方进行统计,以SPSS Clementine 12.0数据挖掘软件进行关联规则分析。结果在生成的117条关联规则中,筛除重复药对,总共有9条规则、12味药物。结论筋断外敷治疗的主要方法为行气活血、补血止血、续筋止痛,主要药物为当归、川芎、骨碎补等12味。OBJECTIVE To discuss the application characteristics and medication regularity of Jinduan Prescription,and to offer a theoretical basis to prescriptions for conservative treatment or the rehabilitation therapy after operation of tear or rupture of tendon and ligament in modern application of TCM.METHODS Database was established by Excel software to arrange Jinduan Prescription in 138 ancient medical works;Clementine 12.0 data mining software was applied to analyze association rules.RESULTS Among 117 generated association rules,there are 9 rules and 12 herbs after screening all of the herbs containing duplicated drug pairs.CONCLUSION JinDuan is used to activate qi and blood circulation,enrich the blood and stop bleeding,nourish tendons and eliminate pain.The main herbs are Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Drynariae,etc.
