摘  要:针对弧面分度凸轮精确建模复杂、加工难度大的实际情况,基于范成加工思维提出一种快速地对弧面分度凸轮进行精确建模的新方法。在Pro/Mechanism模块上,通过设定两个伺服马达的位置表达式,确保凸轮机构的运动关系,对机构进行运动仿真,从而获得弧面分度凸轮理论轮廓曲面的边界曲线,在凸轮毛坯模型上建立理论轮廓曲面,并对其法向加厚、实体切除等操作得到凸轮工作轮廓曲面,实现弧面分度凸轮的精确建模和5轴轨迹加工。实例结果表明能满足设计与加工要求,验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。Based on generating method thinking,a new method of quickly modeling is put forward to the fact that the modeling and manufacturing of globoidal indexing cam are difficult.On Pro/Mechanism modules,through setting two servo-motors,the generating motion relationship is defined.The theoretical profile boundary curve of globoidal indexing cam is generated on the basis of mechanism movement simulation.Theoretical profiles are built up on the blank model of globoidal indexing cam and working profiles are obtained by normal offset of the theoretical profiles and solid cutting operation.Therefore,the accurate model and 5axis trajectory processing of globoidal indexing cam is finished.A modeling example is carried out by this method and the result is agree with the design and manufacturing requirements,showing validity and feasibility of the method.
