摘 要:目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)血尿酸水平与患者性别、年龄、病情分期、血红蛋白之间的关系。方法分别采用尿酸氧化酶传感器检测法、氰化高铁血红蛋白比色法测定80例AD患者和80例健康对照的血清尿酸浓度、血红蛋白浓度,比较两组的差异。结果 AD组血清尿酸浓度明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05),两组血红蛋白浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AD-中轻度认知功能障碍期组血清尿酸浓度高于AD-痴呆期组(P<0.05);AD不同年龄组及不同性别组血清尿酸浓度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AD组血尿酸与血红蛋白无相关性(r=0.085,P>0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病患者血清尿酸水平降低,但其尿酸水平与年龄、性别无关联,血红蛋白浓度与尿酸无相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship of serum uric acid levels with gender, age, disease staging and hemoglobin in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods Urate oxidase sensor assay, cyanide methemoglobin colorimetric determination were applied respectively to detect serum uric acid concentration and hemoglobin concentration in 80 AD patients and 80 healthy controls. The difference in the two groups was compared. Results Serum uric acid concentration of AD patients was significantly lower than that of the healthy controls(P 〈0.05) ; There was no significant difference in hemoglobin concentration between AD patients and the controls (P 〉 0.05) ; Serum uric acid concentration of patients with AD and moderate and mild cognitive dysfuction was significantly higher than that of patients with AD-dementia (P 〈 0.05) ; Serum uric acid concentrations of AD patients of different ages or different gender showed no significant difference( P 〉 0.05 ). Serum uric acid wasn't correlated with hemoglobin in AD patients(r = 0. 085, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum uric acid level reduces in AD patients. Uric acid level isn't associated with age,gender in AD patients, and hemozlobin concentratlon isn't correlated With uric acid.
