摘  要:针对夹片冲字单工位生产效率低,工人劳动强度大,存在安全隐患;同时压力机本身为间歇运动及大量的能量不能充分运用等现状进行分析而设计出来的多工位动力传动机构。整个机构基于J23-25A压力机本体,无须任何的附加装置。该传动机构包括运动转化机构、摇杆机构、棘轮机构等。并对各组成部分进行了较为详细的分析计算和关键的零件设计计算。装置通过运动转化机构将压力机滑块的往复运动转化为工作台的旋转运动,节省了能源,实现了绿色设计,保证了生产的协调性;通过摇杆机构的合理分析设计,使得整个机构结构紧凑,实现空间占用率最小化;将棘轮机构设置于工作台内部实现了多工位生产,满足了生产需求,低了劳动强度,保障了人身安全。Punching clip was low in efficiency and security;but high in labor intensity,and the press was in intermittent motion with the energy being cannot be used up completely.A iming at these shortcom- ings ,multistage transmission mechanism for punching clip was designed based on single-station and the press.It involved mechanism of motion-transformation, rocker and, ratchet wheel, which is based on J23- 25A and has no any additional devices, and on the part of detail analysis ,the key parts calculation,etc.The mechanism of motion-transformation completed worktable's rotation from the movement of the slider on the press ,which can save energ% achieve a green design and guarantee production coordination;the design of rocker realized space occupancy rate minimize and structure tight;the one af ratchet wheel achieved multi- stage production to raise the efficiency greatly and decrease the intensity of labor and,guarantee the per- sonal safety.
