摘　　要：目的研究中枢神经系统原发淋巴瘤(PCNSL)的CT、MRI的影像学表现特征。方法回顾性分析15例经活检或手术病理证实颅内PCNSL的CT和MRI影像学表现。结果 PCNSL可单发或多发,CT平扫多呈等或稍高密度影,呈圆形或类圆形;增强扫描可见病灶实质部分明显均匀强化,呈"手握拳样"或"团状"。MRI平扫T1图像上均呈较低信号或等信号,T2图像上呈较高信号或高信号;增强扫描可见病灶实质部分均呈结节状、团块状、不规则团片状均匀明显强化。结论中枢神经系统原发淋巴瘤的影像学表现多样,但大多数具有一定特征性,仔细分析其影像学特点,可提高正确诊断率。Objective To study CT and MRI imaging features of primary central nervous system lymphoma （PCNSL）. Methods CT and MRI imaging findings of 15 patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma proved by biopsy or surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results PCNSL was solitary lesions or multiple lesions. The lesions presented isointense or slightly hyperintense density on non-contrast CT, isointense or hypointense signal on T1, isointense or slightly hypointense signal on T2, intense enhancement with spot and patchy non-enhancement after contrast administration. Conclusions PCNSL has a diversity of imaging manifestations, but most have certain characteristics. Careful analysis of the imaging features can increase the rate of correct diagnosis.
