摘 要:目的探讨EB病毒在体内的检测方法及其DNA结果和鼻咽癌的关系。方法应用EB病毒DNAPCR荧光定量检测的方法,对我科门诊及住院患者的随机进行外周血及鼻咽组织、鼻腔组织、扁桃体组织等的DNA检测。结果现有的PCR荧光定量检测手段对于外周血EB病毒DNA检测的阳性率较低,组织中EB病毒DNA的检出率较高,尤其在鼻咽癌病例的组织标本中具有100%阳性检出率,无癌组和鼻咽癌组比较有明显的统计学意义。结论荧光PCR定量检测对于外周血EB病毒检测的临床意义相对较小,对于组织中EB病毒DNA检测较有助于鼻咽癌的确诊。对于放疗后的患者,有利于了解病情的转归。Objective To study the better methods to detect Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in v&o and to analyze the relationship between EBV and NPC. Methods Patients were examined EBV both in peripheral blood cells and nasopharyngeal tissues, or nasal tissues, tonsils, etc. Results EBV were seldom detected in peripheral blood cells in common people, but high expressed in tissues, 100% expressed in those with NPC, with EBV PCR fluorescence quantitative diagnose. Conclusions It's of little use to detect EBV in peripheral blood cells, but of much use to detect EBV in nasopharyngeal tissues, with EBV PCR fluorescence quantitative diagnose. Detection of EBV in nasopharyngeal tissues also instructs prognosis of NPC after radiotherapy.
