摘　　要：现代企业的竞争是供应链的竞争和商业模式的竞争,传统资源型企业从资源控制、资源销售、资源加工与资源替代选择单一业务环节作为企业商业模式的思路已经不适应开放与市场化经营环境,文章提出了新建资源型企业的商业模式选择与创新思路。The competition of modem enterprise is the one for supply chain and commercial modes. The commercial mode of traditional resource-oriented enterprises which chooses a single business link among resource control, resource marketing, resource process and resource substitution as hasn＇t fit the open and marketizational business environment. The paper puts forward the option of and innovation in commercial modes of new resource-oriented enterprise.
