摘  要:通过新世纪社会需求、时代需求、大学教育之本质需求以及大学生个人自身发展的需求,结合对《大纲》的重新解读,可以发现其培养目标、教学要求、教学原则、教学方法与教学手段、测试与评估等部分中对英语专业学生创新思维能力的培养作了深入的阐述和规定。大学生创新思维能力培养是社会和时代的必然需求,是大学教育的本质要求,也是大学生自身综合能力发展的重要方面,是英语专业教学的重要改革目标。According to the social need, the need of the time, inherent requirements of college and university ed- ucation, personal development of undergraduates for innovative thinking capability among English undergraduates, with the help of the emphasis of innovative thinking capability in The Chinese National Curricula for English Ma- jors, it is to conclude that in The Chinese National Curricula for English Majors, the innovative thinking capability of English undergraduates is deeply elaborated and formulated from the training objective, teaching requirements, teaching principles, teaching methodology and means, evaluation and testing. Factually in The Chinese National Curricula for English Majors, innovative thinking capability for English majors is an important object of teaching re- form, as well as the need of society and time, the requirement of the essence of University Education, and students" self - improvement of comprehensive ability.
