摘  要:在920℃、1.20%C碳势条件下,对Fe-2.5V合金进行了稀土渗碳和常规渗碳。结果表明,两种渗碳方法均可使Fe-2.5V合金得到组织为马氏体加V4C3碳化物的渗层,碳化物尺寸均为200~300 nm;稀土渗碳比常规渗碳的渗速提高了38%左右,经920℃×9 h稀土渗碳的渗层比常规渗碳的深0.3 mm。Fe-2.5V alloy was conventionally and rare earth carburized respectively at 920 ℃ and at a carbon potential of 1.2%C.The results show that both methods can permit Fe-2.5V alloy to obtain the case consisting of martensite and V4C3 carbides which measures 200 to 300 nm;and the rate of addition of carbon to Fe-2.5V alloy in the rare earth carburizing is increased by about 38% compared with the conventional carburizing.Consequetly,the case derived from the rare earth carburizing at 920 ℃ for 9 h is 0.3 mm deeper than that derived from the conventional carburizing at the same temperature for the same length of time.
