摘　　要：通过对中医人才培养历史的回顾、现阶段中医人才培养模式的观察,对我院中医人才培养模式进行思考和总结,以期为我院中医人才建设和培养提供参考。TCM personnel training modes in our hospital were considered and summarized through making a retrospect of TCM personnel training history and observation of modem TCM personnel training mode with a view to provide reference for TCM personnel construction and training.
