安理申治疗血管性认知障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究主要通过对血管性认知障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)患者早期予安理申治疗,评估安理申对VCI患者的疗效和耐受性。方法:将60例血管性认知障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予安理申5mg/d,两组均辅以原发疾病的治疗。两组分别在治疗前12周与治疗后12、24周进行MMSE量表评估。结果:两组治疗后MMSE评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安理申对改善VCI患者的认知功能有效,安全性好。Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of^donepezil to treat vascular cognitive impairment（VCI）.Methods ： 60 VCI patients were selected in our hospital from January 2009 to January 201 l, and were randomly divided into treat group and control group with 30 patients in each group.Two groups were both treated on each basal diseases, the treat group were treated with donepezil, the duration of treatment was 24 weeks.The efficacy was evaluated by using MMSE score.Results ： MMSE score of the treat group was higher than the control group, there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ： It has good effect of using donepezil to treat VCI and can be widely used in clinic.
