自行高炮动态模拟训练器结构设计

摘　　要：依据某自行高炮模拟训练器的战技指标和功能要求,在设计上采用综合集成设计和总体结构技术,研制了一种与炮塔内部操作环境接近、在方位上能够模拟炮塔回转,且具有一定机动能力的动态模拟训练器。从视觉、听觉、触觉和感觉方面,为学员营造了一个较为逼真的操作环境,使学员最大限度地得到接近实战的训练。重点从硬件方面介绍了模拟训练器总体布局、结构组成、工作原理、功能及结构特点。论述了主要部件的设计思路和方法。经使用性试验,产品达到了战技指标和使用要求,具有较强的综合训练能力和一定的创新实用性。Virtual training system was developed by imitating interior operating environment of turret with flexible azimuth shafting capacity.It was built based on requirement of tactics and performance from training simulator of self-propelled antiaircraft gun using comprehensive integrated method for overall structural design.Thus simulating operating environment was built for trainee to receive training in a very similar way of actual combat.This paper focused on introducing the layout,components,working principle and functions of virtual training system.Detailed design method of major components was also proposed.Application test indicated this system can meet the tactical and technical demand with perfect integrated training ability and practical innovation.
