摘 要:徽州人才,就总体结构而言具有人才的多样性和广泛性,而且结构的相对平衡,似尚无别的地方可以出其右。徽州人才之所以杰出繁盛,是崇文重教和"徽骆驼"精神两个文化基因的作用;徽商"贾而好儒"的内在情结,并外化为提高文化素质,培养英才俊彦的执着追求;徽州宗族伦理制约下的程朱"官本位"价值观和王学的重商思想,成为支撑人才滋生和成长的两根支柱;流动的文化和大小徽州的互相吸纳;乃至黄山白岳和新安江独特的山水文化等因素合力铸就的。As far as the overall structure is concerned,Huizhou talents have the characteristics of diversity and breadth,its structure being relatively balanced,to which nowhere cannot be comparable.The reasons why Huizhou talents flourish are the two cultural genes,which are "respect for culture and emphasis on education" and the spirit of "Hui Camel." Huizhou businessmen have inherent complex to be engaged in commerce and at the same time "love Confucianism." This inherent complex is externally converted to improve the cultural quality and pursue the cultivation of elite.Cheng Zhu’s value of "Official Position" under the constraints of the Huizhou clan ethics and Wang Xue’s Mercantilist thought become the two pillars to support the breeding and growth for talents.The flow of culture and "Big and Small" Huizhou absorb each other.And even the unique landscape culture of Mount Huangshan Baiyue and Xin’an River plays a role.
