摘 要:初步提出了考虑非点源污染影响的污染物总量控制模型。以渭河干流西安段为例,应用所建模型计算了该河段不同水平年及研究年(2009年)丰、平、枯三个水期的水环境容量及负荷削减量。结果表明,渭河西安段丰水年的水环境容量大于枯水年的水环境容量,丰水期的水环境容量大于枯水期的水环境容量;同时,丰水年COD和NH3-N的总污染负荷削减量均大于枯水年的总削减量,丰水期COD和NH3-N总削减量均大于枯水期的总削减量。The total pollutant amount control model in considering the influence of non-point source pollution is proposed.Taking Xi'an section of main stream of the Weihe River as an example,the established model is used to calculate water environmental capacities and load reductions of the river section under different hydrological frequency years and three water periods(wet,normal and dry seasons) in the research year(2009).The results show that: the water environmental capacity in wet year is more than that in dry year,and the water environmental capacity in wet season is more than that in dry season;and at the same time,the total pollution load reductions of COD and NH3-N in wet year are more than that in dry year respectively,and the total pollution load reductions of COD and NH3-N in wet season are more than that in dry season respectively.
