自制复方溶石剂1号的体外溶石及生物学毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　评价复方溶石剂 1号的溶石效果和毒性作用。方法　体外溶石效果实验和 2 0只兔胆囊注射溶石剂后各时间段的血液生化指标变化及各脏器的病理改变。结果　复方溶石剂 1号对 50 0mg的胆固醇结石溶解时间少于 2 5min( 2 1± 4 9min) ,对动物的血液生化指标影响不大 ,除胆囊外未对全身其他脏器造成损害。结论　复方溶石剂 1号是一种新型、安全、高效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of gallstone dissolution in vitro and the toxicity of the No.1 litholytic compounds. Methods Experiments was performed to sutdy the efficacy of gallstone dissolution in vitro,after intra\|gallbladder injection of No.1 litholytic compounds,the toxicity was studied both pathological and blood biochemical changes. Results the No.1 litholytic compounds dissolved the cholesterol gallstone(500mg)in no more than 25 min (21.6±4.9 min),less influence to blood biochemical,no harm to the other organs of rabbits except gallbadder. Conclusion The No.1 litholytic compounds is a new and safe cholesterol gallstone contact solvent with efficient and lower toxicity for treatment of cholecystolsithiasis. [
